Amendment of the TA Luft with stricter limit values and extended scope

With the change of the TA Luft in December, the latest state of the art in the field of air pollution control will be taken into account. The last valid version of the TA Luft was from 2002, so the new version has been overdue for some time. With partially stricter limit values for organic pollutants and an extended scope, plant operators now have to check whether their exhaust air purification still meets the new requirements.

We examined the changes to the TA-Luft for you and compiled some significant innovations for you in the following.


Amendment of the Climate Protection Act

The European Union (EU) amended the Climate Protection Act on Thursday, June 24, 2021. The climate protection targets are intended to limit the effects of man-made climate change by achieving greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045.
