KF Company: uviblox GmbH

Background infomation
As part of its production of spice mixtures, the food manufacturer produces different odor emissions, which pollute the residents in the immediate vicinity.
Exhaust air treatment system Uviblox® FOX:
The resulting exhaust air flows of approximately 2,000 m³/h are sucked out of the sub-pipeline line by means of a collection blower existing on site. The air flow is directed via an aerosol dust filter directly into the UV reactor (direct photo oxidation). A downstream catalyst stage ensures the corresponding destruction of residual ozone. The UV photo oxidation system consists of a compact and modular system housing and has been positioned in a container on the roof with the corresponding switching and control unit.
